You could even host competitions on social media to get customers excited and potentially draw attention from people who’ve never heard of your brand before. You could use a random number generator in Excel to select the winner of a prize draw. It’s very easy to organize that kind of competition. The point is that people always get excited by rewards, gifts, or deals of any kind. It makes your brand a little more exciting for existing customers and potential customers. You should also regularly ask questions on social media to get feedback from customers. It’s important to maintain a friendly and continuous relationship with your client base. Social networks can make that very easy.
