There comes times in our lives where we like the sound of making changes and often that can have much to do with the lifestyle you lead.
For me there has been a variety of scenarios. Feeling low on energy, tracking my calories so I can finally get in shape and take a swimsuit photo with confidence. (Thanks to my photog Michael Avon)
Sound familiar? Well one thing I've learned in the past four years as a tech blogger and aficionado, I've found tech through website and apps to help out when I need guidance and motivation.
I wanted to share with you some of the things that you could consider trying.
One of the first things you could consider trying would be to use your mobile phone and download some apps that can help power through your day.
There are many applications out there that can help you change your lifestyle.
This could be an app that involves a challenge, that you have to complete along the way. Or an application where you can record your progress.
You could also download apps to help you with your diet, meal plans and include recipes and shopping lists. My favorite inspiring app is called Shine, if you're looking for daily inspiration you should check it out!
Using Social Media To Track Your Journey
Turning to The Web For A Boost Of Inspiration
Finally, the internet is a great place for inspiration and of course, one of the biggest ways you can use technology to your advantage. The world of blogging has erupted of late, and so you may want to think about using blogs to stay inspired or indeed starting your own to document your journey. This can be an extension of your social media, which means you can document much more in terms of pictures and the things you want to say and remember.
Websites like https://www.bloggingbasics101.com can help you get started.
I hope that using some of these ideas can help you on your way to changing your lifestyle for the better. Sometimes seeing is believing.
