If you’re currently weighing up making money and making a difference in the world, then stop: you can have both. Here are a few ideas to get you started.

If you’re reading this, you probably already know the difference tech has made to your company. Heck, you’re using it right now. And, you likely do the same thing day in, and day out. It is rare we can say something that should strike a nerve with every business in every niche no matter the industry they operate in, but improving the efficiency is that nerve. With that in mind, we have pulled together a list of ways you can streamline your business to maximise the efficiency in which you operate. Like we said, better quality for less premium. That is the dream right there.
Tech has become inextricably linked to the success of many of the world’s top businesses. But there are still those who are tentative when it comes to allowing more of it in their lives. But the software you could introduce could change so much about how they work, how much you get done, and how successful the business is.
Here are the three big ways software can change your entire world.
Thanks to the wonders of technology there is still time to get an extra special personalized gift for that special person in your life.
I once got a friend a personalized photo album with their daughter using Facebook photos. Is that thoughtful or not your cup of tea?

"Stay hungry. Stay foolish."
In a world that is changing and no longer a nine to five kind of place, then you may have noticed that many businesses are embracing remote and flexible working. Business can quite easily glow global these days with the technology that we have. So our employees need to be able to work the hours that will be best for the business but also be beneficial to them. The world of tech never ceases to amaze us. It’s constantly growing and changing, and it’s forever improving the way the world operations. So much so, that there’s so much that technology can do for the world of business too. Whole businesses, and multimillion-dollar businesses at that, can be created from a bedroom. And going one step further than that, businesses can be run pretty much by themselves too. That’s right, the world of the automated business is only going to get better. So if you’re at the point where you feel as if you’re constantly working and you could do with freeing up a little of your time, you should think about automating some of your processes; starting with these five areas.
Fresh, flashy tech pops up all the time nowadays, something which is completely new, or maybe some old technology which has been revamped and made into something else. Regardless, whenever something new comes out, most people don't know what’s going to happen. Is it going to be just another random product that comes and goes with not much notice, or is it going to be the new thing that shakes the tech world as we know it? Well, the truth is, no one ever really knows, but that doesn’t mean you should completely stay away from it. Even if it does turn out to be a waste of time and money, you can be that person who can safely say they've bought that new gadget and can give your well-educated opinion recommending it to no one else. It's a very specific appeal to buying things, yes. With that out of the way, let’s look at some tech which has popped up over the recent years which has been tested not to be entirely useless, and even some would say worth owning.
From getting a job to having someone walk your dog, there is is an app for just about everything. Since the creation of the first smartphone, the last few years have seen it become a must-have item for all types of people. And its growing ubiquity means that it is now the most commonly used device to access the internet. This growing popularity has opened the door for countless apps to be developed and play a part in all aspects of our lives from shopping to dating, and entertainment to news. Let’s take a look at the main types of app and how influential they have been.
If you already have a great idea for manufacturing items that are in high demand, the next step should be to find premises for your equipment. If you don’t require a ship or office, you simply need a place to work from and store your machinery. No matter if you are a designer who is creating custom clothing items and accessories for order, or a mechanic who creates parts for rare cars, you will need a safe workshop. Instead of buying or leasing one, you might want to start off in a spare room or garage. Find out more about which ideas you can make come true from your home workshop.
Now we know this isn’t going to calm any nerves (especially if you are new to this side of things), but Google scrutinizes about 200 variables when it comes to ranking a site. That’s a lot. The reason we used the word ‘about’ is because no one actually knows for certain; it is part of the challenge. Either way, the number is high; it is intimidating.
The thing that you need to realize, though, is that not all of these ranking factors are born equal. Some are considered to be absolutely must-have while others are seen to be, well, more like bonus points that may have the smallest smidgen of influence on getting found.
So, to help you decipher what is important and what is nice, we have compiled a list of the Google ranking factors that everyone should know about.
Are you the smartest gamer you could be? You might instinctively want to say yes if you’ve put endless hours into your favorite games and climbed online leaderboards. Still, being a smart gamer goes a little deeper than that. We’re talking about being smart in terms of the way you consume games and the way in which you look after yourself whilst you’re playing games. Your approach to games in themselves comes into this, of course, but you have to remember that there’s a world outside that screen whenever you play a video game, whatever the medium through which you’re playing one.
So, in answer to the title of this article, you might not be the smartest gamer you could be. You might have mastered the skills necessary to boss all your favorite games but you might not have quite mastered looking after your health, saving money, and perhaps even improving your performance by getting better gear and equipment. We’re going to talk about all of these things in this article, and you’ll hopefully be able to become an even better gamer afterwards (or, at the very least, a smarter gamer).
When it comes to choosing your tech, you may feel as if you know what you want. But do you really? Do you know exactly what you should be using, what’s best for your business, which pieces will suit you personally? It’s easy to look at the latest launches and decide that, yes, that’s exactly what you need. But how much of that is marketing, and how much is really you knowing what you want? If you’re not starting to question yourself, and feel unsure of what is really the best tech solution for your needs, then you’ve come to the right place. Because we’re going to talk through the top tips on how to decide what's right for you.
Starting a business of any size requires you to take care of your accounts right from the get go.
Whether you plan on aiming high or staying small, taking care of your accounts properly is a must. However, considering how best to do this for your business is crucial.
Let’s discuss how you should take care of your company accounts in the way that’s best for you:
Heal, the leading app in doctor house calls is now expanding its services.
The Heal Health Network aims to bring patients, primary care, and all providers together for the first time.
In addition to qualified doctors, Heal’s on-demand platform now offers curated services like lactation consulting and soon physical therapy.
These services are often prescribed or recommended by doctors, but difficult for patients to find, schedule, and coordinate. With HHN, doctors through Heal can recommend curated and vetted providers to patients who can now receive lactation guidance, and other services conveniently at their home or office.
“The Heal Health Network finally closes the loop between patients, doctors, and health services providers for the first time,” said Dr. Renee Dua M.D, Chief Medical Officer and Co-Founder at Heal.
“As many of us know, it’s hard enough having back pain, or a new baby to care for. It’s even harder having to wait three weeks, on average, to see a doctor only to find out you have to wait again and commute someplace else to get physical therapy or lactation services. We’re making it so everything comes to you on your schedule."
"Soon, if you wake up with back pain, you can see a Heal doctor and get physical therapy, all without leaving the privacy of your home or office, all on the same day. More importantly, the care between you, your doctor and your therapist are now coordinated so your doctor can recommend a health service provider and then your service provider can keep your doctor up-to-date on progress, in real time.”
As of today, highly-qualified, highly-vetted lactation consultants are available to patients in California 365 days a year, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., through a simple request via the Heal mobile app or website.
Rates will range from $80 to $199 per session and these health service providers will be available in two to 24 hours.

You can also connect with Heal on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.
Unless you've been living under a rock, you now know that Apple has released three new devices, the 8, the 8 plus, and the iPhone X.
The X is Apple'high end model that has loads of great features, the main one being the facial recognition feature that replaces the fingerprint ID on the iPhone X. The reception of the two versions of the iPhone 8 has been pretty poor, so it seems that people are waiting for the iPhone X to come out, but is that really sensible.
It costs $100 more than the 8 Plus, but is it really worth it?
