Most of us will pour ourselves another cup of coffee once we start crashing towards the 3pm hour of our workday. However studies show that decreasing your caffeine intake is actually the best way to reduce stress, helping you feel calmer and more productive. This goes completely against some of our lifestyles as a lot of us feel the need to consume more caffeine.
Beyond consuming more caffeine, for me, drinking coffee is just part of my daily routine. There’s something about that warm cup of joe in the mornings that makes me feel good about life. It elevates my mood and I truly do not feel ready for the day without it!
