I did a survey recently about what I eat and drink on a daily basis. What I found out was that I unfortunately am not consuming enough to meet my daily needs of nutrients and vitamins! I’m not getting enough Vitamin D, enough B vitamins, not enough of much really.
"As well as connecting to people you care about. Supplements can be helpful, but in general you want to take them under a doctors care. St. John’s Wort, for example, is similar to the SSRI antidepressants and can interact with other medications."
So make sure you run this by your healthcare provider before starting a new supplement regimen!
