Don’t Get Too Wrapped Up in Rankings
On the subject of measuring your success, you need to avoid one common mistake made by a lot of SEO newbies: becoming too wrapped up in the rankings themselves. Ranking under a certain phrase on Google is good, but it doesn’t necessarily mean success. Is that key phrase driving the right traffic? Are your website visitors actually converting? However, don’t get to the top of an SERP and think that the hard work is over!
